Michael Stewart (who goes by “Stewâ€) is Founder and Director of the Verge Conference and Verge Network, a network created as an advocate and champion for movements of missional communities. He is also Pastor of Missional Communities at Austin Stone Community Church. He has lived in at-risk, inner city neighborhoods in Memphis and Austin where he has, with his family, lived out his passion for holistic community development, advocacy for the poor, and gospel-centered justice. His passion is to see ordinary people radically engaged in the mission of God.
