Adam Thomason

Adam grew up in Detroit, Michigan, before moving to Savannah, Georgia, to attend Savannah College of Art and Design, where he received his bachelor’s degree of fine arts in fashion design in 2003. After completing Tom Nelson’s Discipleship Program in 2003-2004 the Lord forcefully allowed him to attend Dallas Theological Seminary from 2004-2006. After graduating with a master’s degree in biblical studies, he moved to Memphis and served full-time as a campus pastor and the director of emerging leaders for Downline Ministries from 2006-2009 before moving back to Dallas to pastor at the Village Church from 2009-2011. Now married for five years to his wife Dawntoya and two children later, Zipporah and Zayne-Baltimore, Adam is excited about God’s story through his life being fleshed out in Flint, MI as the lead teaching pastor of Damascus Road and label owner of Collision Records.
